Tracy Koslowski
About
Tracy Koslowski is a registered massage therapist and a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). She completed her training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in Halifax and has since gained experience in treating a wide variety of conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, stress, low back pain, arthritis, and pregnancy-related discomfort. Tracy has also received additional training in Cupping Massage, (Jade) Hot Stone Treatments, and Reiki - Shoden first degree, E.F.T & Tapping.
With a passion for martial arts, Tracy enjoys working with athletes and helping them maintain their peak performance. She also believes that massage is beneficial for everyone, as it can help restore natural posture and balance in life. Tracy is dedicated to developing personalized treatment plans that address her clients' unique needs, and she looks forward to working with them to achieve their health goals.
