- International Qualification Assessment Services (IQAS) available
- Services available in English and French
Who is eligible for the Elevate program?
You may be eligible for enrollment if you:
- Are a resident of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB)
- Are unemployed, underemployed, or marginally employed
- Are able to work and train in Canada
